Replacement ID cards for Falmouth Exeter Plus and Falmouth University staff.

Please note that if your ID card has broken, you do NOT need to pay for a new one, as long as you can supply all the pieces to Reception!

Please complete the attached questionnaire.

Please note that if you have selected to collect your card at the Penryn Campus, the card will be available from the main reception at Penryn 2 to 3 days following.

If you have selected to collect your card from the Falmouth Campus, the card will be available for collection from the main reception at Falmouth 2 to 3 days following.
